1. Who we are

Wisely (“Wisely”, “we”, “us”) is an AI-first product studio. We are the data controller for personal information processed through our website. You can reach us at hello@wisely.agency.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Contact details and project information you share via forms, email, or our AI concierge (name, email, company, and what you want to build).
• Messages you send to Ada, our AI chat concierge, including anything you type or dictate.
• Content you submit to our AI sandbox tools to generate proposals or documents.

Information collected automatically

• Basic device and usage data (such as browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from your IP address) to operate and improve the Site.
• A per-device session identifier used to provide and rate-limit our interactive AI tools.

3. About voice input

Where you use voice-to-text with our AI concierge, speech recognition is performed by your browser's built-in Web Speech API. Depending on your browser and operating system, audio may be processed by your browser vendor to produce a text transcript. We receive only the resulting text — we do not record or store your audio.

4. How we use your information

• To respond to enquiries and provide our services.
• To operate our AI concierge and sandbox tools, including qualifying enquiries and, with intent, connecting you to our team.
• To improve our website, products and security.
• To comply with legal obligations.

We rely on your consent, our legitimate interest in operating and growing our business, and the performance of any engagement as our legal bases for processing.

5. AI processing and third parties

To power our AI features and run our services, we share the information necessary for those features with trusted processors, including:

• Anthropic— your chat messages and sandbox prompts are sent to Anthropic's Claude models to generate responses. They are processed under Anthropic's terms and are not used to train models via the API.
• Hosting and database providers (such as our cloud host and Supabase) — to serve the Site and store session and project data.
• Messaging — if you choose to continue on WhatsApp, your conversation moves to WhatsApp and is subject to its own privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies and similar technologies

We use a small number of cookies and local storage to keep the Site working, remember your AI session, and understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some may affect functionality.

7. Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described here, to provide our services, and to meet legal, accounting or reporting requirements. AI session and chat data is retained for a limited period to operate and improve the service, then deleted or anonymised.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location (including under the Nigeria Data Protection Act / NDPR and, where applicable, the GDPR), you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of your personal data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any of these, email hello@wisely.agency.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please avoid sharing sensitive personal data through the chat.

10. International transfers

Some of our processors operate outside your country. Where we transfer personal data internationally, we take steps to ensure an appropriate level of protection consistent with applicable law.

11. Children

Our Site and services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the most recent revision.
